Nibeela was inspired by her artistic aunts and was fascinated with beauty, and art from a very young age. Born in Africa to linguist parents, she was further inspired by it’s rich cultural heritage, alongside the unique and varied culture of the Indian Subcontinent to which her family has belonged for many generations; the women of which have since adorned themselves with beautiful eyebrows. This inspired her to create a professional eyebrow threading salon in 1999 along with her family known as Anarkali Salon “the eyebrow place” and bring the centuries old threading technique of shaping beautiful eyebrows to South Florida. She also specializes in results driven skin treatments, and has trained with the best in the industry, placing emphasis on prevention and maintenance through non invasive and holistic ways rather than with surgical intervention.

Our History
Brow Obsession by Anarkali provides professional eyebrow threading services in Florida, and Miami-Dade county at affordable rates. Brow Obsession by Anarkali was founded in 1999 by the Sohail family. The company owner Nibeela, had the ancient art of threading passed down to her from her favorite aunt at a very young age.
Nibeela later on passed this art down to her daughter Tania. Up until then threading was hard to come by and was often done out of homes without regard to proper sanitary standards. As time went on Nibeela recognized that there was a need for a professional establishment offering threading services for everyone to enjoy, in a safe, sanitary environment. The rest is history and both Nibeela and Tania have been perfecting South Florida’s eyebrows for over twenty years with their masterful skills.
Meet Our Team
Tania, the daughter of the founder grew up in the beauty industry. She is a Master Eyebrow Threader, licensed Cosmetologist and Double Certified Makeup artist specializing in professional Makeup Artistry, and Hair Design. She is triple certified in Eyelash extensions, lash lift, and Henna Tatooing. She was the Backstage Director for Fort Lauderdale Fashion Week for 5 years and is currently Backstage Director for Lifestyle Miami Swim Week. She was trained under Celebrity Makeup Queen Victoria Duke in Glam, Bridal, Avant Garde, High Fashion, Editorial and Special Effects Makeup Artistry and Nibeela Sohail threading and Skincare Expert. She was trained under Celebrity Eyelash Master Daniel Phu of Longmi Lash She offers all these services from Brow Obsession in Aventura and Facebar in Pembroke Pines by appointment.
